Getting_greyer said:Whilst the interior is nice, I would be put off by seeing the same brick colour and lack of greenery in the estate. But there's plenty of people who want low maintenance gardens and more interested in location than shrubbery. Maybe that explains lack of offers via a smaller pool of buyers?0

It seems to me that there's nothing seriously wrong with the listing, as the OP says he's had lots of viewings. A few plants in the back garden wouldn't hurt. Plus alter the description, etc, but there have been lots of viewers despite any shortcomings.
Apart from that, there's nothing to be done but wait. Some buyers won't buy a townhouse. That's okay, as others will. Some buyers will be put off by the new Porsche garage (I would be), but there's absolutely nothing at all the OP can do about that.
There's only been one house sold secondhand since the estate was completed, at a figure of £295k, which is hardly a reliable statistic, so maybe the asking price is a bit high? Even so, anyone interested can make an offer, and the asking price has not put off viewings. So, it's a mystery. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
I think the asking price is as good a guess as any for the area.
The biggest issue with the site opposite is uncertainty.
Plans have changed a few times and even now these could change again, car industry is on its knees.
