It's a good size house but having the lounge on the middle floor will put some people off.
Lots of houses like this so they must sell.
If I could pick fault it's may need a few items adding.
Patio table and chairs with parasol, pot plants and bushes at end of garden.
Why are the blinds down for photos ?
Why have you got 10 bottles of shower gel/shampoo in shower ?
Stage house with nice feature walls in some bedrooms or murals.
Look at the photos of showhomes, nice matching colourful towels in bathrooms.
Big clock on wall, clear clutter, take photos on sunny days
One photo down the garden but none of back of house.
It is better than other one you have posted as it has a ground floor bedroom/study and separate lounge away from kitchen.
Looking at house on phone so difficult to see room sizes as not on description of each room.0 -

There's been one resale of a similar property close to yours, purchased for £308k also early 2018, but resold at £295k in Sep 2019 - before all this covid madness! How does yours compare to this one that sold?
And is there anymore new builds being sold in the area, as you will be up against the builders who can offer better incentives and help to buy.3 -

Sensible people reading will probably think "300k, in a major recession? Not sure about that", then they will spot the posters that so need for this to be true0

which one is it because from the outside pictures(roof lines, garage) it looks like this one.
That has East facing garden and fronts the main road junction.

The street name doesn`t sound like a good omen.0

Only really the garden you can improve in my opinion; the house is very nicely presented (agree on shampoo bottles tho lol!)
You either like that type of house or you don't. Price, you'll get some steer on with offers. If people are looking, it must be in the right ball park; although you'll always get the odd time-waster/tourist. Also, HTB new-builds will be hoovering up the small deposit crowd, so you may have to be a little patient in these strange times.
Jazz the garden up with big pots etc; you can take them with you when you leave, it's unbelievable, the difference some plants can make to outdoor space. Supermarkets like Morrison's have had some really good big plants and pots in the £20 bracket recently, which is way cheaper than a garden centre, (albeit with a restricted choice). Plus get some nice furniture and a shiny BBQ if you can stretch to it. Sell that outdoor lifestyle they've all been craving in lockdown (and get to enjoy it yourself in the meantime). It's in people's minds now, so make it an extension of the living space; in the same way that your lovely furniture speaks of 'lifestyle' on the inside of the house.

This might seem petty but my gut reaction was that I wouldn't like to live on 'Hemlock Road'.
I might get over it depending on other things but that first negative reaction to the name was there.
Otherwise, you have a nearly new home - you will be competing with brand new homes with incentives. if you still have a lot of new builds nearby it can be a huge factor until they're done building for a while.
Nothing wrong with house for the right buyer but there just might not be very many of them.0 -

I looked it up because my immediate reaction to the road name was exactly the same as yours - and because the other roads have tree names, not plant names.

Have they done this Aldi store yet?
Couple of others seem to be offices the directly opposite

The plans a for the Porche car showroom, accommodation and a pub opposite may be putting people off.

Seems from the comment some are not happy they did not get the Waitrose and got upgraded to an Aldi.
Also seems the pub has been rejected for useless retail space and more care home space.
google maps view from the junction. towards the house.
With the uncertainty of the plans and a building site opposite for a few more years not that atractive.0
