Had an email right at the end of yesterday from broker advising application was fully assessed but needed clarification on whether we had a dependent (we have one). Apparently this wasn't on the application but I know the details I submitted had it. So hopefully not too difficult to change.0

I hope you don’t mind me asking, did you use a broker and did you have any debts to declare? It sounds like your application would have been very straight forward!0 -
Unfortunately had mine declined today after 28 working days (FTB, 83% LTV) due to being in overdraft during one of the bank statements I provided. Has anyone had any experience with appealing a decision? I could not really find anything about the process online.
I have had a pay rise since my application and I was in only in an arranged overdraft (interest free) to pay off final debt from a Masters I completed 2 years ago, so I am hoping they might re-consider on appeal.1 -

Hi all,
Newby here. Not too sure on the process and what to expect.
I applied for an MIP on the 18th, it got approved a couple of days later and on the 21st I submitted the documents they requested (bank statements / pay slips / proof of address). I've now been told to wait 16 days until they are assessed. Is this correct?
What can I do in the time waiting? What can I expect to happen in 16 days? Any help would be appreciated.0 -

So what have you heard recently? What kind of progress? Are you expecting to hear about a valuation soon? Sorry for being stupid but what does the valuation entail?0
