Hi all, reading all these comments is giving me relief on my stress.😀i was thinking I’m the only one  waiting . 
I’m sharing my experience with nationwide. 

Dip 13th august 
full application 14th 
valuation booked 17th 
valuation done 26th 
Still waiting for reply
Our broker contacted 11 September they asked for more documents we provided immediately,
contacted again for any updates nationwide sent an email that it will take 30 working days 
It’s  unlikely to expect earlier than that. As 100s of applications are in queue. 

Waiting thinking of it every time. 

My sellers and property agent both are pressuring. They said can’t wait any more. Explained them everything. But no reply from them . I’m worried after long search I found property I like . And now because of long wait I might loose it .😐
Hoping for positive reply .

i’m 14 days behind you and tearing my hair out already. Literally everything rests on their decision :-(

Strange... I've just gone onto my application to look at the tracking and my submitted application isnt in my list anymore. Any ideas?

We had our offer..... £11K less than we need due to valuation but its an offer none the less :-(

Hi everyone, 
First time posting on here.

Got a DIP on 11/09/20, referred to underwriters straight away as MB said that’s just the process at the mo for the mortgage we’re going for. 

DIP accepted and confirmed on 15/09/20.

Offer accepted on the house on 16/09/20.
Full application fully submitted on 18/09/20.
Had the text confirming receipt of application from NW the same day. 

Does anyone know, if the DIP went straight to the underwriters, how different is the process for the actual application? 

Guess we’ll see what happens come October judging by all the posts on here

no news from nationwide after valuation.

27th working day. No valuation yet as far as I know 🙈

Congrats on the offer even though it's less than you wanted. We submitted same the same day as you but havent heard anything yet.
