I do think it’s ridiculous that every time you submit a required document *after they have checked your application already* it then goes to the back of the queue. Especially when in most cases the required documents are sent on the day they request it!!!xMeganCL said:
Probably. They asked my for my August payslip on the 27/8, then my February payslip and a letter from my work on the 10/9 and say that they could take up to 25/9 to be assessed.rusty86 said:Current, up to date proof of savings has just been requested and submitted...is this it, or...11 working days to the next update? WD25 for us. Still nothing directly from NW since out the application confirmed text on 13/8. Broker email yesterday to say that the initial review of our application was completed without any further document requests and was now with the underwriter to complete the income assessment by the 23rd. I did ask about valuation but was told they won't instruct until the application has been agreed by the underwriter which is a bit odd as I can see a number of 90% LTV people here have had valuation booked texts within days of the application being submitted. But can only be patient I suppose.0

After more than 70 working days we finally received our mortgage offer today. Can’t quite believe it considering everything. I wanted to share a few bits that hopefully will put some minds at ease. NW is currently processing valuation to offers at a speed of minimum 10 working days, that’s not to say some might not be quicker but just keep that in mind. If you’re speaking directly to them I’d recommend following up if dates are missed, just to make sure you’ve covered everything. This is an emotionally draining process but this forum kept me sane! Good luck everyone, hope you all get your offers soon!Londoner86 said:
Update from this end. We should hear from them on Wednesday. That’ll be working day 60. We’ve chased them only to find out the valuation team didn’t respond to their request. 2 working days turned into 6 before NW received a response. We have been calling every other day to make sure everything is on track and if they need anything from this end. We were told we have been accepted and they have to manually key in the offer because of their mistake earlier in the process.Londoner86 said:Good luck to everyone who is currently waiting on offers, fingers crossed for all of you. Thought I'd share current experience:
Offer on property accepted: 15/6
First Mortgage Appt with NW: 24/6
DIP agreed: 24/6
Hard search of credit file: 03/07
Application cancelled due to valuation team putting in incorrect address: 11/7
Application resubmitted: 16/7
Follow up search of credit file: 03/08
Valuation organised: 07/08
Valuation completed: 27/08
Valuation submitted: 28/08
Valuation flagged as incomplete: 01/09 (valuation team to submit outstanding elements within 48hrs)
Pending application as valuation report still not finalised: 04/09
Working day 52: Wife and I are just glad the sellers are understanding despite a degree of anxiety over all these delays. Hopefully we should hear next week but I have learnt after this long that I shouldn't hold my breath.
We were advised that the underwriters have approved the DIP and the valuation value is fine but the 3rd party valuation team has yet to respond to the request.1 -
70 working days!! Good news on the offer though.. you must be relieved!Londoner86 said:

I had my valuation 17/9, an know there is a turnaround time of 11 days. Does that mean I won't get any texts until it's looked at and agreed/disagreed or should I still recieve one just to say they've received the valuation report0

Thank you! Its worth noting that the 10-14 days others have been quoted go from when they actually receive the valuation report not when it was carried out. It seems they have a backlog at the moment.peppapig14 said:
