Working day 29. No news yet. Got a text earlier and almost died but it was from EE 😂
That is such a me thing to do at the moment ahaha
I was so annoyed, I don't care if my bill is ready to view, leave me be unless you're Nationwide 😂
No word of a lie...about 30 minutes after I submitted that updated document last week, o2 sent me a text...i went from high tension to anger quite quickly
😂😂 The phone companies are toying with us

Hi all, thought I'd join in. We previously had an offer from NatWest but withdrew from that property due to a range of issues. New timeline is:

8 Aug - offer accepted on new, slightly more expensive (but bigger and nicer) house
8 - 14 Aug - lots of faffing with NatWest, who ultimately advise us that they aren't able to transfer our existing product as the property value is higher.
17 Aug - new application (90% LTV) with Nationwide
18 Aug - text to say valuation booked for 25 Aug
25 Aug - valuation completed and text to say report has been received.

Sitting tight now waiting for the next stage. Wishing everyone luck

    Hi all
Have been reading your updates with interest and trying not to stress too much about our offer. In the last couple of minutes we have had the text confirming that an offer has been issued! 24 working days from application to offer with no requests for additional information or documents etc.
    Best of luck to everyone!

Weird as that column says for DIP referred status. I'm a first time buyer with an 85%LTV and mine wasn't referred, it was accepted straight away.
