Honest to god. Phoned again today and apparently they're waiting for another letter from my work to say that the T&C's of my employment haven't changed?? Sent basically this a fortnight ago.
They said they emailed my advisor on Friday but she's checked and they haven't, so she's trying to get in contact with the BDM now 🙄Nationwide mortgage application (FTB)
