Has anybody else ran into this? I will give them to noon before contacting them because it is around the working days in which I should be hearing a response on documents of some sort, so not sure if it is do with this at all.

So, it took 10 working days for my document to be assessed, but my application to disappear from the tracker, today. Now I am getting myself comfortable for the long valuation wait.

Honest to god. Phoned again today and apparently they're waiting for another letter from my work to say that the T&C's of my employment haven't changed?? Sent basically this a fortnight ago.
They said they emailed my advisor on Friday but she's checked and they haven't, so she's trying to get in contact with the BDM now 🙄

The service levels for referred cases have gone from 31 to 36 working days on their website. Seems every time you get closer it jumps away 😵
  • Mine wasn't referred. Double annoying
