    Hi,

out of curiosity, how can you see your mortgage application progress online? I have gone through a mortgage broker.

How is everyone able to check their application progress online?
If you applied online directly through Nationwide you can track your progress in a type of online portal but I'm not sure if you went through a broker ..but I do know the brokers have access to see progress also

Well that’s me sorted had a text and email this morning to say my application had gone through to offer and had been fully signed off and accepted! Really fast turnaround and even though I wasn’t anticipating any issues it’s still a weight off my mind, if only the solicitors would hurry up now!

    My full timeline is below:

    Dec 21 - DIP Approved
24/01 - DIP Updated (revised for higher mortgage & approved)
24/01 - Offer accepted and Solicitor Instructed
25/01 - Mortgage Appointment with Nationwide and Application submitted
    25/01 - Valuation / Survey booked for the 01/02
27/01 - Request for Additional Statement for Deposit
01/02 - Confirmation Text / Email to confirm Valuation Received
07/02 - Mortgage offered and posted / emailed out

Good luck to everyone waiting
