Applied on 16th November via One 77 Mortgage broker (free) after having the runaround with Principality. Just so relieved at not being downvalued as we had originally planned to go with agreed 90% ltv with Principality, but due to their errors had to go with 85% ltv with Nationwide so had less wiggle room.

We are paying the difference on the property so we needed to prove we can afford it. I called today there saying by next Tuesday. She said all other parts are complete with no issues I'm hoping that means it'll go through OK

Valuation today and got the two texts this evening, one with mortgage offer.  Presume that's all good then?

Thats great news yes all agreed. I'm keeping my fingers crossed I should know by next Tuesday

mine was downvalued too so paperwork had to be amended . Change of ltv etc . The valuation is being reviewed again now . Not sure what that means or if that is good or bad . Hoping for an answer next week
