Where is the Service status? I had a look around on the website but the advice seems to be their ‘pre Covid’ info.atrixa said:I'm still waiting. I've just had a look at the service status and it's currently averaging at 18 days from application to offer, so that puts me at around the 17th August
. Not ideal but it looks like everyone else is in the same boat.
Is it 18 working days from submitting the application?Overdraft: PAID
OU Course Fees: PAID

We applied on the 29th July. Valuation booked in for first thing today along with homebuyers report. Does anyone know when we can expect to receive a copy of the report?0

Not too sure about when the homebuyers report is provided but the valuation outcome should be received by Nationwide within 24-48hours.ceed95 said:We applied on the 29th July. Do NW offer the option of a Homebuyers Report for all applicants? Or is it just for those in Scotland

I think you can request one, if you scroll to the middle of this page you will see the costs. Have you had your valuation date confirmed yet?leodis23 said:Do NW offer the option of a Homebuyers Report for all applicants? Or is it just for those in Scotland

No not yet, MB says they won't instruct the valuation until after the underwriting 🤷🏼♂️
