The wait is awful isn’t it. I have a document I still need to upload but have to wait for HMRC activation code so I know nothing can be approved. It’s the Tax overview form to prove he’s paid his self assessment tax!! Even though bank statements show it being paid in January!
Would they accept a tax overview from your accountant? It should have the same figures

Hmmm hadn’t thought of that although it’d probably take as long! Will see where we’re at mid next week, the valuation won’t be looked at until end of next week anyhow. I’m just going to switch off and enjoy a weekend knowing nothing might come through
    NW timescales:
    DIP: 13/7
    App: 16/7
    Valuation: 6/8
    NW offer: 20/8

They usually want to see the HMRC version though so I hope your code comes through soon. Yeah not knowing is so unbearable but at least you can now enjoy the weekend.

In reply to your other post... we got message same day as the valuation to say that valuation received. According to previous post there’s another text saying ‘valuation approved’ then ‘mortgage offer’

I'm still waiting. I've just had a look at the service status and it's currently averaging at 18 days from application to offer, so that puts me at around the 17th August :| . Not ideal but it looks like everyone else is in the same boat.

Here’s to hoping, that figure would put me at an offer on Tuesday although it varies between 17-22 days
