Gutted for you... that's ridiculous, they're allowing furloughed to go through so why so different for SE. How far along in the process were you? Had they done valuation and credit checks? I'm panicking now as we're both Self employed but didn't take the grants as we're LTD business directors so continued to pay ourselves wages via PAYE.gunner786 said:Heard from my mortgage broker today.

That's crackers, we applied around that same time. So they've let you waste 3 weeks without actually processing your application - seems they've not booked valuation, just looked at it from afar rather than going into the detail. Feel for you - are you going to apply elsewhere?gunner786 said:

Good luck - keep us posted... I had to answer questions about our business industries so perhaps could be related to being taxi driver in that people are less likely to be using and going out at the moment. Just a thoughtgunner786 said:

Chased Nationwide today and apparently the surveyor has uploaded the form in the incorrect format so they can't assess the valuation. They haven't called to request it resent and I wouldn't have known if I hadn't chased. I'd never go with Nationwide nor recommend them to anyone in the future. Its down to me to get the correct format of valuation resent. I could just scream.NATIONWIDE FTB -

Just had an email / text to say valuation has been received and they’ll review and be in touch in the next few days if they need further information. How much longer from this point!!???lancslass26 said:Valuation day today, 3 weeks since applying with NW. That sounds like good progress! Hopefully the offer will be issued soon. We haven't had any updates since still waiting.lancslass26 said:

Arrghh that must be so frustrating. It's hard be patient when you know there are possible errors taking place in the background. I'm dithering on whether to call Nationwide directly just incase there's a hold up.lemliss said:Chased Nationwide today and apparently the surveyor has uploaded the form in the incorrect format so they can't assess the valuation. It was still another 3 weeks from valuation being received for us to get our offer - hopefully that isn’t the case for you!lancslass26 said:
