I'm going to check in with my MA today to see if they have requested any documents, as up to now they haven't asked for anything.
Im so nervous incase they have declined it. I have a satisfied CCJ for £297 which was registered 3 years ago and settled 2 years ago, and my credit score is poor but no defaults, missed/late payments.
Its so nerve-wracking! I find myself checking my phone for a update constantly! My valuation is Friday!

Hi guys, congrats to all who have had their mortgages approved, must be such a relief! Have been religiously following this thread for a semblence of sanity throughout the wait of our application! Heres our timeline:
Joint mortgage, 75 LTV, have had 2 mortgages before.
End of Sep - Mortgage application submitted via MB
22nd Oct - Mortgage application recieved (Text notification and email)
27th Oct - Physical evaluation booked for 02/11 (Text notification and email)
2nd Nov - Evaluation took place with a
Text notification and email that they have received the valuation report
2nd - 23rd Nov - Still waiting....No updates, just that its with the underwriter....
Have touched base with MB a number of time, they are excellent tbh, but have also contacted Nationwide directly too to check if anything needs actioning, nothing as yet, have been told today by Nationwide that we are looking at hearing back anytime before or on 30th Nov, waiting times are seriously shocking, we put our application in at the end of September and it took 3 weeks for the application to be actioned as recieved.
We were hoping to move in before christmas but that wont happen now as our developer shuts up shop on 11th Dec.
Is anyone else similar to this timeline?? Our only worry is that when we do hear back its going to be to request further info which means even longer waiting times for the information to be reviewed. Wish we had known the long waiting time beforehand because the wait is excrutiating! Just want some movement on it

Right, so this morning I’ve convinced myself that we are going to be rejected because of over draft use and that our house will be down valued! I really need to stop reading the rejection stories! I’m driving myself crazy 😩😩😩😩

Hello so my timeline so far:
FTB
75% LTV
Application submitted 12/11/20
Text received to say the received application 13/11/20
Text to say valuation is booked for the 27/11. 20/11/20
24/11/20 MB messaged to say passed credit checks passed its the underwriters checking now and hoping for a offer by end of the month.
I don't want to get my hope up yet just incase the underwriters find something wrong, do all applications go to underwriters? Or have they found something and this is why it's gone this way 🙈
