I wonder if it’s to do with the actual paperwork for the offer.
It says it takes 2 days at the moment and lots of people are asking when they’ll get their actual offer through the post so maybe it’s something to do with that and then saying it’ll take a couple of days to get the paperwork together before it’s sent out...??

That's a fair point, it could very well be.
Another week of waiting, although I'm hoping we'll know before the end of the week 😬

I’ll keep everything crossed for you! 😊

Start of week 10 for us tomorrow, the valuation was done last week so I’m hoping beyond all hope it comes through all ok this week!

Early hours this morning I got a notification saying nationwide ran a hard search on me. I'm hoping this means the underwriters have looked at my case and once the valuation is done it can go straight to offer.

I'm going to check in with my MA today to see if they have requested any documents, as up to now they haven't asked for anything.

Im so nervous incase they have declined it. I have a satisfied CCJ for £297 which was registered 3 years ago and settled 2 years ago, and my credit score is poor but no defaults, missed/late payments.

    12.11 Reserved Property
    13.11 DIP Accept
    13.11 Application Submitted
13.11 MA advised the valuation has been instructed
19.11 Nationwide text to confirm valuation booked for 26.11
    22.11 First Hard Search (TransUnion)
23.11 Second Hard Search (Equifax & TransUnion)
    26.11 Valuation Completed
    26.11 Offer Issued
