Losing count of workings days since application think it 35 now, still nothing, not even more questions, which is a suprise. We are in Wales so going in to lockdown on Friday, which will mean further delays I bet, the fun and excitement has gone just want it done now, just so I can focus on other things0

35 working days!! wow. on the nationwide website for intermediaries it indicates 20 working days from app to offer for standard cases and 33 working days for refer cases (which mine is) is yours a refer case too?kathonetwo34 said:Losing count of workings days since application think it 35 now, still nothing, not even more questions, which is a suprise. Im under the impression there are no applications that are prioritised? or going direct doesnt appear to be quicker than going through a broker, unless anyone can tell me different?0 -

Nope no news, from either nationwide or Halifax lol. I'm in Wales and just found that during our fire brake for 2 weeks the estate agents are closed, but banks open, so I am hopeful that means no one here can buy a house and put in a mortgage application, meaning the banks might be able to catch up.GN2020 said:

Not a bad way to think that. At least no-one will be viewing houses so there’ll be a couple of weeks break at the least!kathonetwo34 said:
