  • So... I'm one of these crafty so and so's who have been reading people's experiences but haven't piped up with mine. To be honest, the whole process is doing my head in!!! Application submitted - got a text and an email to confirm. Valuation booked - no text or email to confirm. Valuation completed - got a text and email to confirm. Valuation agreed - no text or email to confirm, instead, I only know this because I called Nationwide to chase. Hard credit check completed. Was told by Nationwide that I would have either (a) confirmation they were going to offer the mortgage; or (b) request further information (if required) by close of business yesterday - guess what - nothing!
  • They did the hard credit check on us yesterday, which is a mere process but it's sign that hopefully things are moving along!

    Now to be patient...
haha.. wish I had some (patience)!!

Due to the incredibly timed lockdown in Wales we've just has our valuation moved to the 9th November. Which will be working day 61.

My application was complete on 21st Sep. Existing mortgage customer. Now on working day 25! They estimated 26 working days time of application and valuation was done straight away so hopefully not too far away.  Im guessing if its been 5 weeks then its a good thing as surely would of said no by now.
