So... I'm one of these crafty so and so's who have been reading people's experiences but haven't piped up with mine. To be honest, the whole process is doing my head in!!! Application submitted - got a text and an email to confirm. Valuation booked - no text or email to confirm. Valuation completed - got a text and email to confirm. Valuation agreed - no text or email to confirm, instead, I only know this because I called Nationwide to chase. Hard credit check completed. Was told by Nationwide that I would have either (a) confirmation they were going to offer the mortgage; or (b) request further information (if required) by close of business yesterday - guess what - nothing!0
