Fab thanks, hope it will be as easy as that, been told our application isn't even being looked at for another 2 weeks. Gave our MA all the documents they could possibly ask for and all the details in anticipation of queries so hope its all in orderDeano89 said:
They literally just asked what it was & that was it they was happy with my reply luckilyLulubelle_1 said:
Hey, i think i'm going to also be asked about a regular payment going into my account (when they finally get round to my application!) can i ask if the process was straightforward? ie. they just asked what it was and reason for it, and then it was approved? Or did they need to ask whoever who was making the payments for confirmation? Really hoping a query won't push us further back. ThanksDeano89 said:They emailed my MA late yesterday asking for solicitors details (I changed solicitor after submitting the application) & about a regular payment going into my account, hopefully this won't hold things up too much for me 🙏

I haven’t received it in the post yet but I’ve been provided it by my Broker. Have they emailed you a copy?nakiwala123 said:

We are porting so everything is done on the phone. They haven't sent emails. They said today that our offer was posted yesterday afternoon. Here's to hoping we receive it tomorrow as we really would like to complete Wednesday next week.rdunn_ said:

Update
Platform have queried a reduction in my payslip which I actually had no idea about, seems to be an 'recovery advance'. Appears to be when you have been overpaid and they take it out the next month. It may be because I was off for 6 weeks with an injury and maay have been paid too much during that time.
They just wanted confirmation it isn't an on going payment, which it isn't.0 -
Working day 52.
Call from Estate Agents this morning: Everything is complete and ready to go, apart from the Mortgage offer which is now holding everything up.
Have passed this onto Mortgage advisor and asked her to pass this onto Platform.!0 -
We received the offer in the post. Our solicitor also received the fax yesterday afternoon. It is a race for time now to get it signed and returned to Platform and requesting the funds.nakiwala123 said:
