I just dont understand what is going on with them. We are porting and borrowing extra.0

Having spoken to them this morning, they said offer will be issued early this week. I'm assuming that will be by Wednesday? Don't know what that means. But I'm still hopeful0

It's very odd. My Broker said they are the slowest provider on the market. We are first time buyers but don't see why they would treat people differently.nakiwala123 said:I just dont understand what is going on with them. We are porting and borrowing extra.0 -
Congratulations!! What does your timeline look like if you don’t mind me asking?rdunn_ said:Just called Platform at exactly 9 when they opened, they answered in seconds and confirmed that we've been approved for offer and we should have it today! 9 weeks to the day we submitted the application.0 -
Working day 51. Into the 11th week.
Anyone else beenwaiting for a decision longer than me?0 -
What have they said when you have called?DeletedUser said:Working day 51. Into the 11th week.

I haven't called them, MA has. She says everything looks OK, credit check and valuation completed weeks ago. They phoned my work last Friday to check if I was back full time after being furloughed, person they needed to speak to wasn't there, so they've requested my September pay slip which has been sent.rdunn_ said:

It'll be 3-5 working days before that is looked at, and then, if that's OK, my case should go to offer, which will probably take another few working weeks.

Sounds like you're nearly there. I found that when I started calling them myself it really sped things up. My first call with them I found out that my MA uploaded docs but they were just sat in a queue because my MA didn't actually advise them that the docs were uploaded. Maybe give them a call in a few days as it could speed things upDeletedUser said:
