    I'm not so sure. Platform were telling MA they hadn't received documents from MA when they had. This has happened 2-3 times now, and others have put in their application after mine and have had decisions! Mine application is as straightforward as they come!

    Was told 2.5 weeks ago its 2 business days at most to being sent for approval!

    What on earth are they doing?

    What I mean though is they know they're the only option for 90% LTV mortgages so they won't be worried about anybody going elsewhere, that sounds like pretty shocking service though to be fair I can see why you'd be so frustrated

    Got through to platform this morning.

    They are working on the 3rd and have 120 to go through. They said ours was submitted on the 7th September. (it wasn't, it was the 4th, as they were pulling the mortgage at 5pm.on the 4th)

    We will be looking at late next week.

    Man was very nice on the phone

    They emailed my MA late yesterday asking for solicitors details (I changed solicitor after submitting the application) & about a regular payment going into my account, hopefully this won't hold things up too much for me 🙏 
  • Same as @Deano89, MA emailed today asking for my solicitor details (app submitted 03/09), hopefully that's a good sign? No word on valuation at the time although when I spoke to my case handler last Friday they informed me Platform had been failing at trying to get in touch with the selling estate agent (Purplebricks) to arrange one, so I gave them direct phone number of the agent I dealt with.
  • Working day 14 of 14 today for us with regards to having the offer issued. I spoke to Platform yesterday and they assured me that the offer is imminent and that it will issued today or at the latest on Monday. I hope it is not another weekend of being in limbo. 
    Working Day 41 today since Platform received our application pack.

    Working day 14 of 14 today for us with regards to having the offer issued. I spoke to Platform yesterday and they assured me that the offer is imminent and that it will issued today or at the latest on Monday. I hope it is not another weekend of being in limbo. 
    Working Day 41 today since Platform received our application pack. 

    So is this 14 working days from they said your application has been successful

    Yes that is correct. 14 days from when our application joined the queue for offer to be issued. 
  • Finally some movement on my application, on working day 50. 
    They called my employer to verify I'm back to work full time. The person they needed to speak to is on holiday. So in anticipation, I sent MA September's payslip and she sent it off to Platform. The clock has been reset so It'll be another week before I hear anything, and if the payslip is OK the application will surely progress to offer. 

    MA did say that she's no longer sending off applications to Platform as they're so slow 
  • They're defo looking at applications from 3rd. We have had questions asked today.
