New Green Homes Grant to give up to £5,000 in vouchers for insulation and double-glazing

So despite taking 9 weeks for a survey I had an email within 48 hours saying I need to pay my share immediately and then they'll find me a start date. The contract clearly said payment upon commencement, so I've told them I need a start date before I'll give them any money. I don't mind paying up front for them to get materials etc. but they know I have 3 months on my voucher, I'm not paying now and them not coming til September!2

Extended my voucher recently but only two months extension (up to 31st Aug) was given. Questioned it today via chat mail to be told the latest date for any extension is Aug 31st. Agent also stated that no further applications for extensions will be accepted as from yesterday and that all vouchers must be redeemed by 31st Aug, the date the scheme finally ends. My installer cannot guarantee to meet that deadline, so the last 9 months could have been a complete waste of time and effort.0

Write to your local MP at mp@parliament.uk
I did and got a swift reply and support and received the voucher email for air source heat pump within 3 weeks. I kept in touch with MP updating him on progress (or not). Applied on 10th January and received voucher 3 weeks ago. Work carried out….job done. Don’t give up, I believe that’s what they want you to do.2 -

So I finally had the work completed yesterday (external cavity wall insulation) and now need to submit the voucher.
The installer said that it would take a month or so to get the documentation/certificates, which seems a long time considering the deadlines and expiry of the voucher (mine was issued 10/05/2021 and expires 08/08/2021).
Am I able to submit the voucher by ticking the box below? There does not appear to be a need to upload anything at this stage?

After 6 months, and 6 weeks of having scaffoling up builder has stated he unlikely to be able to undertake the work as the scheme hasn't paid him from previous jobs.
Is there anyone in the North East who has successfully had External Wall Insulation fitted please and if so by who?

From the 1st August extension requests may be granted but in more limited circumstances than previously. More information can be found on the scheme website: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-the-green-homes-grant-scheme
