My installer has just stopped replying, so despite getting a voucher it looks like I won't get the work done0

After almost nearly 5 months, over 30 phone calls, 14 emails, web chats and a letter to my local MP @parliament.uk I have today received confirmation of our voucher for an air source heat pump. Such a relief and worth all the pushing and hard work. Please don't give up, I was determined not to!! Thank you for your support and good luck to you all6

Got a survey date! It's been 63 days since my voucher was issued, so I've emailed asking about an extension because I doubt it'll all be done in the next 4 weeks.0

I have a voucher for 'Primary' work but not holding my breath for the installation. My application for 2 x exterior doors (capped at £1000 each) has just been rejected because the company is not PAS 2030 accredited but they are through TrustMark !. It has took the 'auditing' team 3 month to finally tell me this..........call centre workers cannot audit building work !

Still waiting. Application made 3rd week of January. 1 Voucher issued after supplying further information (proof of ownership - they expect applications to be made by people who's deeds are electronic, bank statements, utility bills, and tenants details). Had send the additional information another 2 times for the second application. Spoke with them to check on progress to be told it is with the auditors - who it was with in February!
It's a shambles.

Had my survey! Finally starting to move, gave up on the secondary measure as nobody wants to fit a door for under £1500. Nobody accredited anyway, and I can get one from a local firm for £800 so I'd rather give them the business if it'll cost me the same.0
