New Green Homes Grant to give up to £5,000 in vouchers for insulation and double-glazing

First off, this forum has been great for knowing I am not the only one who is having a nightmare in receiving a voucher. Long story short, I applied for loft insulation, two windows, and a front door. The loft and windows have been issued vouchers for (start of December) but I was told my door was too expensive. New quotes sent at the start of Jan and still waiting for them to be approved. I have rung twice a week, emailed my local MP and I have issued a complaint of which I am meant to be hearing back in the next 14 days ... of which I am not going to hold my breath. As one of my windows is above the front door, they need to be done at the same time. I am on my second extension for the window vouchers now. 
I just don't understand how it is taking in excess of 125 days to check my quote and tick a box to send the voucher out! They have the manpower and time to give me a complaint number but not to do the most essential part of the scheme which issues the vouchers. I am getting sick to the back teeth of being told that it is being assessed and to be patient. I just want to the work doing. Any tips on other areas I can explore to get this voucher!?

I first posted on this forum on 9th April, having been chasing my voucher for 5 months for solar thermal panels. I never thought I'd pass the 6 months' mark and still be waiting ... but here we are. Despite having been assured 100% on many occasions that all the documentation is in place, I'm still waiting for final approval. The number of times I've sent documents in, then been assured they've been received and uploaded, only for the administrators to say that checks have failed and I need to re-send in the same information again is utterly ludicrous. What is the record wait to date?! Sharing, as I presume I'm not alone!

Does anyone know how many times you're able to have your voucher extended? TIA

We applied on 12th January. We’ve made 25+ phone calls, 12+ emails and web chats. Lots of documentation sent (some duplicate) for Valiant heat pump system to replace a very old oil central heating system. Still waiting. Put a post on here in March. Will post again as and when there is an update.

We’ve been waiting 4 months. See my post below.

I applied on the first day, that's 6.5 months ago in case and body is still counting, delays and excuses everytime, latest one was needed name on quote despite having full address, and it took then 6 months to do this (and only after I phoned for update). I Sent the quote with the updated details 3 weeks ago and heard nothing back so far.

Also the date of quote is way passed 6 months due to this showers  incompetence, I forsee another problem here.

They also keep soft searching my Experian credit report, 3 times in 3 months 

I've emailed MP and apparently they have contacted GHG, that was around 2 months ago.

Either they are deliberately stopping vouchers being made or they have hired the most incompetent bunch of idiots, which being a gvt project is possible in order to meet their quotas.

My application with my quotes were sent on the 5th November, so I am in excess of 6 months now. January 4th was the date I sent a cheaper quote for my door as requested, and still nothing ...

Ha ha ha well would you believe it, just received email saying my voucher has been approved I have not actually read it fully and I'm so shocked oh my god!

Now we will see if the contractor will do the work, hardly blame them if they say no, but still can't believe it!

Had an eMail this week - at timed 00:30 asking for information I'd already sent to them 2 months ago.
Why they couldn't ask for the info (copies of Deeds, Bank statement, Council Tax and Utility bills) to be supplied with the application form.
