Just had an email that GHG don’t have the manufacturer name for my ASHP.
That’ll be the info that I emailed to them on the 8th March...0

Hi guys, Im I correct in thinking that I cannot claim RHI payments for solar thermal installed using GHG.?0

I think so. That was certainly the case for ASHPs so I imagine it will be the same for solar thermal.Aauk25 said:Hi guys, Im I correct in thinking that I cannot claim RHI payments for solar thermal installed using GHG.?Reed1

Once the installer gets paid do the claimant receive a email as a confirmation? My solar thermal has been selected for a inspection and the email I received someone will arrange an appointment within 5 working days ... guess what? 2 weeks no contact. I was wondering they might just pay the installer and not bother after the gov axing the scheme of will I still get an inspection visit. I would not want my installer to wait for weeks for this payment.0

Has anyone had to apply for an extension for their voucher? If so what was the process and was it as painful as getting the original voucher issued? TIA0

Voucher extensions used to be an easy process and could be previously done by a webchat advisor, however I have been told recently that any request for a voucher extension has to go to a specific voucher extension request department.
This will inevitably confuse matters further and cause more delays.
You have to give the reason for your Voucher extension request , your name, address, application and voucher number, you wish to extend - then wait hope and pray that everything goes smoothly.
 Good luck.0

With a voucher extension do they send you a new voucher reference number with the new expiry date on it?0

Great thank you! Hoping I don't need to extend but having trouble getting my installer to fit me in before the voucher expires. Desperately trying to avoid having to contact the scheme again but looking likely.Cb_man1 said:Voucher extensions used to be an easy process and could be previously done by a webchat advisor, however I have been told recently that any request for a voucher extension has to go to a specific voucher extension request department.
