    Yes, 3.9% above CPI inflation is steep, fortunately CPI was only 0.3% announced in December so hopefully January announcement will be much the same.

    Yes, £18.32/month equivalent.
    Plus an eye watering rise of 10p/month (3.9%) on the fibre, from 1st June.

  • Just about to renew my ALR..... (24 month contract runs out next January). Interestingly that I have been on 500 mins for £5/month since last January instead of the 700 they now offer, I use a bit over 100 mins a month here.
