Hi again everyone. So yesterday I received this letter 6th Feb so 8 days after their date....fastest one yet but still past the 7 days joke limit to respond/pay. This letter is in reposnse to my letter I had to post as they don't provide any functional email (the irony they are then requesting an email address). This was response to an LBC where requested a fair bit of evidence, info and challenged a number of things like the £170 (which was increased to that by DRP by best of my understamding). Technically I haven't actully received this letter as this image was forwarded to me as it was sent to old address and not to my current one. In my reposne I'd included my current address for service and required the address this was sent to be ERASED.So as it arrived past their time limit to pay (which wasn't going to happen anyway) and they sent it to the wrong address after having been provided with the new & current one and with this old address having been requested be removed from their records what things quite have they legally failed at this time other than the breach of data protection for still using the old one? What if anything do I bother to do to reply to this... inform them that I've been informed about a letter sent to incorrect address that was required to be removed and inform them of the breach in data protection and remind them they have a current address for service? Or am I now just waiting for the court claim letter as it's passed their 7 days BS anyway?... which will again likely be sent to the wrong address.Thanks0

so frightened. on the advice of this forum i ignored three debt recovery letters and now this from CST Law. It is so worrying. Any advice? many thanks0

The first few words of the first sentence of that letter - "We have been instructed by Debt Recovery Plus Limited..." - confirms that this is absolutely nothing to be worried about at all.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.1 -
I have my own thread but adding my LBC here. CST instructed by Park Direct are asking me to pay DRP for 3 charges. I have attached an image of my LBC.
I want to send them the response as outlined on the newbie thread but have struggled to locate an email. Is this the correct one? info@creditstyle.co.uk
I have also seen some conflicting information during me reading of other forumites experiences as to whether or not I should make a SAR to Park Direct.
Also, is the LBC legit given they are asking may to pay to DRP. I have seen plenty on how scammy they are.
Thank you for what you all do!

Quick update, I submitted a form to them with the responce and got an email back from legal@cstlaw.co.uk
This looks to be the correct email to reach CST Law for anyone else facing the same issue.2 -

Your case is between you and the PPC. and if they wih to use a legal, it must be them and not a jumped up debt collector.
This is CST PLAYING pass the parcel
NEVER PAY DRP

Search the forum. Discussed everywhere. This was why you asked the VAT question!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
