Thanks @Trainerman, this email was a response to my replying to the letter before claim. How is best to respond to this? Or do I not?Apologies if this wasn’t clear. Thanks again.0

Well, they threaten legal action ... but it might not happen. If you have already had LoC and replied to that in the approved manner, I would sit tight. Ignore debt collector rubbish and see whether they actually raise a claim.
IF they do, the forum will help you fight it.
If you move house, advise the PPC of your new address, and to erase your old one. This will avoid a sneaky default CCJThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2 -
Can
Can I get advice on how to respond to this please? First I've heard of CST as it was debt recovery before this. Thanks in advance

That is nothing more than a debt collectors letter.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.1 -
CST LAW are still pumping out rubbish ....
DRP CANNOT INSTRUCT CST as it's not their debt, it belongs to the PPC
We really don't know why CST ARE SO STUPID. This thread is full of CST rubbish, it's like dealing with a kids playschool, not a legal ..... TOTAL INCOMPETENCE
This is just another drivel CST debt chasing letter ... JUST IGNORE THE RUBBISH
DO NOT REPLY OR TALK TO THEM Even DRP know they are talking utter rubbish
If you get a letter before claim giving you 30 days to respond, come back here
You throw that letter in the rubbish bin where it belongs
PS: These fools are trying to scare you when they mention a CCJ,
That is NOT going to happen
And they mention the Beavis case ??? One day CST MIGHT JUST UNDERSTAND THE BEAVIS CASE which they are going against because of their fakery adding £70
The Beavis case is more on YOUR side because the Court ruled that the parking charge included the cost of operating the scheme/ NOT TO ADD FAKES
How the SRA allow CST LAW to operate is beyond words0 -
Thank you so much for your quick responses. Will ignore for now then.0
