It's just CST rubbish again saying they are instructed by a circus clown called DRP

Hello dear forumites,
I have the the same letter as above fromnovamd11 Posts: 4Newbie
It started with Smart Parking, then went to DRP, and now with CST Law.
The amount has gone up to £170, and is a Letter before Claim.
The fine is from Dec 2022 and I have not responded to any letters until now, as advised on these forums previously..
What is the best course of action to take now ?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

It's not a fine. Ignore.
If you have a LBC you just send the response the NEWBIES thread gives you, in the second post.

I am not sure which thread you are referring to.
Can you please send me a link to it?
Should I send the letter to them by post? Or by email?

Good evening forumites
I have read the newbies thread and all of the CST law threads I can find, after emailing them the suggested response (2nd post newbies) I’ve received this email.I’m guessing I now need to wait for an official claim to take any further action? Advice appreciated, and apologies if this has been covered before and I haven’t found it.Many thanks in advance0 -
I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, it was obviously written by an orang-utan* judging by the poor construction and grammar. It is also factually incorrect. For example, the 'extra £60' needs to be provably part of the original contract, not added on as a whim.
Do not ignore Letter before Claim or anything official from the Courts
*with apologies to all those orang-utans who are able to construct a good sentence. The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.3 -
It really is comical that these fools actually think that the BPA code of practice is a legal authority ......The BPA is not a legal authority, they are not regulated and the fake add-on is known as the OSNER scam
The BPA has created a lot of cloud dreamers simply based on the BPA BUNCH OF CLOUD DREAMERS
The added rubbish has no legal authority and is just a scam2
