I sent my response to just the info email. probably should've sent it to both. But I haven't heard anything back yet.
I also sent my SAR to Euro Car Parks but I have heard nothing back from them either and it is approaching a week since I sent both the emails. Not sure what the next steps are.1 -
A respondent to a SAR legally has 30 days to reply. As this won't be a priority for a PPC, expect them to take every minute of those 30 days. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi,
I've been directed over here as my partner just received a letter before claim from these people. She's a Northern Ireland resident, and that's where the 'offences' took place. Not sure what she needs to do now so any advice would be appreciated.

I think you've been 'directed' here to just read this thread. As you've got your own bespoke thread currently running, it's far better that specific advice for you is kept on that thread. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Just a point about the SAR for the others on here-we know they're sharing data now as CST are being instructed by ECP these days not DRP, it does mention in the SAR that they may share your data with others, apparently it says it on their signs. I can only assume it's in the tiny red writing at the bottom which I can't read on any of their copies and am not about to go to any of their car parks (ever again!) It probably doesn't matter but I just thought I'd mention the whole data sharing issue, I guess they are "allowed" to do that, especially if it's stated on their signs?1 -
Hello! Ive read through and this is another one to the ignore pile? No
t much different from DRP.

Regarding "sharing your information" ... Share with who ?. NO, they must have your permission to do so .... small print does not give permission.
They can instruct nutters like DRP and a dodgy legal but that is all. Worth asking the ICO to find out who they share your data with ?
And as CST continue to fail to say what is there legal authority to add fakes, nobody will get answer as they have no authority apart from fakery2 -
@beamerguy yeh CST finally wised up lol.
I checked out ECP website and the section on privacy says who they share data with-
