Yes, specifically mentioned that as it was shown on the Newbies thread second post, below the SAR part. What usually happens after this, will both parties reply or will they leave it? Just out of curiosityUmkomaas said:
Did you specifically tell the law firm that you were 'seeking debt advice', requiring them to suspend any proceedings for at least 30 days. They are not required to suspend action just so you can await receipt of the SAR response from UKCPS.LittleJay14 said:
No sent a SAR to UKCPS and sent an email to the law firm denying the debt and letting them know that an SAR request was sent to the Parking companyD_P_Dance said:Are you sayng that you sent an SAR to a law firm?0 -
On the basis that not everything goes to plan in this unregulated skimdustry, you should get a response to your SAR from UKCPS within 30 days. You should also receive confirmation from the sols that they have placed your case on hold for 30 days, as per the PAP.LittleJay14 said:

Hi, Just received the SAR back from parking company. The SAR shows images of the vehicle alleged in the offence. Has all around images of it including the registration also images inside the vehicle. No images of any driver in the vehicle. What are the courses of actions now? Still awaiting response from CST Law. Anything I need to do in the mean time? Thank youUmkomaas said:

What are the courses of actions now? Still awaiting response from CST Law. Anything I need to do in the mean time? Thank youSit back and wait to see if CST issue a court claim on behalf of UKCPS. There's at least a zillion people ahead of you in this thread who have still not seen any such claim action by CST for UKCPS - get this in perspective, do you really think they're going to jump your case ahead of everyone else's? My take is that this is no more than a cranking up of debt collection intimidation and going nowhere near a court claim any time soon. And breathe! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Hello just an update on your last quote received a claim form dated 7 th may, issued by cst law for ukcps ltd . I'm now going to go through newbies thread to file the acknowledgement of service and then send defence to the court.0

Don't submit the AoS until 12th May as that will give you the maximum time to file your defence using the e-mail address in the standard defence template thread.RedRobin_23 said:Hello just an update on your last quote received a claim form dated 7 th may, issued by cst law for ukcps ltd . Thanks for that ,I've been following this since December and sent SAR and denial of debt letters from the forums advice.0

If you've now got an actual claim, this is the time to open a new thread, because ongoing support could be detailed and there's a real danger that other posts relating to others joining this group thread will cause lots of confusion - something you don't want now you're at the business end of proceedings.RedRobin_23 said:Hello just an update on your last quote received a claim form dated 7 th may, issued by cst law for ukcps ltd .
