Let's hope the SRA actually does something to curb or kick out CST Law

    Hi everyone,

Just curious if anyone has any contact emails to the UKCPS to write for the SAR. They seem to be very cautious and not have any emails provided on their website and only a physical address. Also CST law have a generic one so writing to them would probably be better through the post. Do you recommend writing by post or strictly by email? Just wanted to get opinions.

    Thanks for any help.

Companies (including PPCs) have 30 days to respond to SARs.

No sent a SAR to UKCPS and sent an email to the law firm denying the debt and letting them know that an SAR request was sent to the Parking company

Did you specifically tell the law firm that you were 'seeking debt advice', requiring them to suspend any proceedings for at least 30 days. They are not required to suspend action just so you can await receipt of the SAR response from UKCPS.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
