You already know from the DVLA that there was NO application for keeper info. They could attempt to claim from a driver but THEY DON'T KNOW who the driver was and they cannot claim against the invisible man.
Also, they cannot assume from your letter that you are the keeper. Only the DVLA can do that and they did not.
This is why I said earlier the PPC should cease CST before an explosion starts because there is mis use of data and the failure of the PPC to apply the correct method set out and confirmed by the DVLA. This could mean a sanction against the PPC. you can have a lot of fun with this without harm to yourself.I’m open to any advice on ‘fun’ that could be had, especially if it might help put these companies in their place for other people, might need a lot of guidance though.1 -

I guess PinkEye have furloughed admin staff and farmed cases out to debt crawlers to send letters. No-one needs help with these; this thread already covers it and so does the NEWBIES thread.
This is just a tedious debt letter as shown in post #4 of the NEWBIES thread that everyone needs to read, first, before posting.
If ParkingEye start a claim they'll do it themselves and will send you a LBCCC first. Why hasn't the landowner/retail cancelled it? Am I right that you haven't tried because you need to read the NEWBIES thread where it tells you to do that complaint first?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi could I get some help please in regards to Smart Parking / DRP and CST Law.
I received a NTK from Smart Parking for an alleged parking offence committed. I appealed against this NTK using the newbie thread by using the template letter with no amendments (Non compliant) and no additional information. I received no email or letter from Smart Parking in relation to this appeal (double and triple checked my emails), I do have the appeal reference number.
Soon after the letters from DRP followed which I ignored after reading other threads in relation to Smart Parking.
I have now received this letter from CST Law as a Reminder Notice.
Reading the previous posts should my plan of action be to do the following:
- Email SAR to Smart Parking
- Email CST Law about seeking debt advice and denying any debt, that I am awaiting SAR and ask for any evidence on what authority DRP have to instruct (e.g. any contract between me and DRP).
Attached is the letter received.
