Can't wait to see the claim form on that one....
Or have I missed something?
That being the case would clearly invalidate the LBASignature Space for Rent

That being the case would clearly invalidate the LBAPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

A crying shame.
I've had debt claims from DCAs thrown out due to such deficiencies, but CCA are alternative cooking implement of sea dwelling creatures.
I guess it's all a matter of context and PPC claims are, in the grand scale, more noise than they're really worth..Signature Space for Rent

I got a 'letter before claim' from CST LAW in November 2021 via their claimant MET parking who our estate sacked in 2020
The original charge was not displaying a valid permit whilst parking in my bay. I contacted MET on two occasions asking for my permit and why hadn't it been sent and was told it was in the post but it never arrived.
I have always paid for my parking by direct debit never missing a payment, on my original housing tenancy agreement back in April 1997 it states nothing about having to display any kind of permit but instead to pay the bay rent weekly.
I have always paid for my parking, but these crooks have a habit of getting these permits more and more difficult and refusing to send them out on demand and when you call them being very rude.
Now we have new parking enforcement (I don't know their name but again, they have not sent me, my permit out, and again I have called them only to get into a big argument, they are terribly rude and I had to call my estate team to tell them and notified that I requested my permit but the contractors are still withholding and being very rude to me. I told them that I would not correspond with them again, I was given a parking reference from Peabody which I suppose is good.
What I am trying to say is that these enforcement teams are not targeting offenders, but legitimate residents parking in their own bays. all they need to do is see if I am not paying for my parking and if not then issue me with a fine.
why should I bay these swine when it was them withholding my permit?
And now the new contractors are doing exactly the same, is this another common scam tactic that they are using this would be interesting for another thread.
Should I keep ignoring these I feel as though I would like to go to court. I mean, how could I have displayed a permit that they withheld from me?2 -
Now we have new parking enforcement (I don't know their nameUKCPM? Far worse than MET. Be ready for the onslaught, they thrive on intimidating residents.
Write to the MA to tell them as your legal documents do not require you to display any kind of parking permit, you are withdrawing from the car park management scheme, telling them to inform the parking firm. You will sue both the MA and PPC should there be any more parking charges issued to you. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I am assuming you have a specific bay?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why do you need a permit, what does your lease/AST say? Read these, read other "own space" threads, google "primacy of contract", read the newbies, and complain to your MP

These scammers have no place in residential car parks.

This appears to be a way of getting the sum above that for HCEO if they get some CCJs.1 -

Hi there,
I received the above from CST law. I've read the Newbie area, but its a bit hard to understand what the next step for me should be.
I will not name the driver here.
It also says over leaf that the money needs to be paid to DRP. Original ticket was from Smart Parking limited
What should be my next steps?
The issue I have with the Newbie part and the posts here is that next steps arent in a flow chart method. Im a bit autistic, so need it to be clearly laid out.
Thanks in advanced.0
