God I hope so, my nerves are shot at this stage! They’re currently on 2nd Oct for UW queue and we joined it on the 26th...but it didn’t budge over the weekend so not sure UW are working weekends anymore?! Send wine hahaha

It’s awful isn’t it, we are due to seen Friday which by all the dates makes sense, that’s what Santander have told our MB.

What a time to apply hey! Normally 3 weeks is considered an extremely long time, and now it’s classed as quick, our app was received on the 18th October and we’re likely to get to the UW end of November .... we’ll be lucky to get a decision before December! Hopefully you’ll be sorted soon!!

I know now it seems 10 weeks is the norm! Fingers crossed we both here soon!

Congrats!! Interesting as our application went in on the same day, application approved subject to valuation 21/10 and valuation took place on 23/10 but we still haven’t heard anything... makes me wonder why!

OH is but not impacted by COVID. I’m full time employed. We haven’t been asked any further questions as of yet but our mortgage advisor was very thorough. He thought we were going to hear last week but nothing yet.

Us self employed people go in to a different cue for UW, even if one applicant is E,  our application went in on 1st October supposed to have an update Friday. I hope you hear soon  🤞🏻
