Most likely goes to them to produce the offer email I imagine and the formal offer you get in the post. Maybe worth asking for a screenshot of what your broker has received for your peace of mind!Popsicle123 said:

Just curious, did the seller’s solicitors not push for the mortgage offer before now? There has been pushing from solicitors for escalation last Friday. Also broker is on the case. It’s been a nightmare from start to finishRoses31 said:

We finally concluded the missives and signed this morning! I'm so relieved! Date of entry is a week tomorrow. I think we can start to get a bit excited.0 -
It took 3 days for us to get our offer email then another 5 to get it in the post.1
