Santander mortgage timeline

Congratulations to everyone who has just had their offers and I wish those waiting Good luck with their application. I Received my offer document yesterday indicating that the offer was issued on 27th July and my Reflection period ends on 5th August but nothing to sign to indicate that I accepted the offer. I am a bit confused, just wondering if anyone knows what to do on receipt of the offer document. Thank you

We have also got an email at 7.45pm this evening with a mortgage approval - absolutely buzzing and thought after today's question from the underwriter we would be at the back of the queue again.  

Our time line is... 
Application made 30th June
Valuation instructed 13th July
Valuation done 25th July 
Had a question from underwriters on 20th July and also today 3rd Aug
Approved this evening 3rd Aug 

Good luck to everyone waiting it's so frustrating

Congratulations to everyone received their offers! The wait is long and painful. Apologies if this has already been answered but if applied via broker do Santander still email the offer directly? Our broker is currently off, didn’t know he was going off, don’t know when he’ll back. Going stir crazy!

From what I've seen on others post the email they send to confirm the mortgage offer that's just a notification but the actual offer would be sent through the post in the next 3 days from when you received the email

Yes ours came directly to us aswell as to the mortgage broker she text me to say she had got it also

Just had the official “your mortgage application - offered” email 

Am I being thick or is there nothing on there as in attachments etc? It says to read it carefully etc so I assume it’s referring to the hard copy that should follow by post?

Lol I'm thinking the same thing, our broker has a copy and I've asked him to fax it to our solicitor

Haha glad it’s not just me! 

Our broker has just emailed too, I don’t think she realises Santander email us directly

She’s just said great news the offer has been issued and it’ll be sent to both us and the solicitor in the next couple of days.

Congratulations to all the sorted people!!  Has anyone else had any good news? The wait is horrendous and we could still potentially have another week of this!
