star133 said:Oh god reading this thread has stressed me out 😳😬 how has someone who submitted their application after ours gotten approved quicker ? This makes no sense with regards to how they are working !
I haven’t heard anything at all today I’m so stressed and exhausted by this.
I really hope tomorrow brings good news 🤞🏻
Today they queried the name on my hubbies wage slip as it has an additional letter making it look like a middle name. He has no idea why it's like that and I was stressing but we submitted the additional letter from his work to the broker ASAP.
I'll still be following this thread and hope everyone gets good news. We are supposed to conclude in 3 weeks, I really thought that was cutting it fine but no one seemed concerned except for us! The broker and solicitor said not to worry

What's confusing me is some people are getting approved first subject to valuation and some are getting the valuation approved then sent to the underwriter to approve the application, like my application the broker said the valuation was completed and didn't seem like there were any issues with it0

Our valuation was a desktop one that was done three days after submission at the end of June. Before an underwriter even looked at it. It’s all so confusing!0

Apparently because of the rate change at the end of June there was an influx of applications! Just my luck :,(0
