Hey all! Anyone post offer yet? I'm a month tomorrow after I got my offer.
Waiting for the local search to come back and lease info from Land Registry which they were posting out.
Keen to see how far along people are?

Another day and we've still not heard anything even though Santander told us we'd hear yesterday or today whatever that may be (request for more info or approval/decline) and here I am again waiting for YET another weekend, it's driving me mad. We're now holding up the chain. The vendors contacted me directly yesterday to ask if wed had our offer yet and I had to be honest, it's just ridiculous. We applied 10th May, we submitted supporting documents back on 27th!

Hi, my solicitor have received the contract from vendors solicitor last Thursday, don’t know if they have started searches yet tho

Applied 20th May and still waiting, feels like these weekends keep rolling around....

Hi, my solicitor have received the contract from vendors solicitor last Thursday, don’t know if they have started searches yet tho 

Should have started searches by now if they've requested payment from you for them.
My solicitors have draft contracts also but can't move forward until the lease docs come from land registry.
Also waiting on water & drainage and local authority search to come back then enquiries I presume

Any one had a telephone call of the mortgage team before just wondering if they gonna give us our offer or something else as been to the underwriters since last week

Yes we paid £250 to start searches which was last week, do u receive each report in post or is your solicitor telling u when they back, hope yours come back fast for u

@apau77 @Kirkii seems like we're all in the same situation. Our mortgage was approved on 1st but no offer received yet

No they comment on it at the end. And raise any enquiries if need be. Today's been 3 weeks. And they said it can take up to 5 weeks. I hope yours comes back fine also, I would find out how long it will take so you have a rough time line of what to expect

We had ours agreed last week on Friday the 28th. 
Shouldn't be long for those of you who have had yours agreed on the 1st.
