We're almost 4 weeks into our application and have not received our offer yet. 
Have you had any updates on your application? Have you applied through a broker?

We didn’t use a broker we did it ourselves directly with Santander, no updates yet still with underwriters hopefully will hear something soon

Sounds like they Underwriters are processing applications/queries submitted on 28th May. My wife and I have accepted if we miss June we miss it we are not gonna have a nervous breakdown over the inefficiency of Santander. This creates within us a new found inner calm.

This has happened to us this week as well. Annoyingly we had paid for searches and the survey too. 

Back to the drawing board now. The whole experience is very stressful.

Our valuation was done on the 7th May. They requested for p60 for second job and other questions but we have not heard anything from them since. You are not alone.

Hopefully I hear from them this week.

I sent them the P60 on the 21st May and I have received any update since. MA is not picking my calls.
Full application submitted on 23rd April.

I'm worried because it has taken over a month to receive decision and MA  not updating, it maybe a bad news when I finally hear from them.😬😬

I have finally received good news today.

Application has been approved  and passed to the offer processing team.
😆😆😆

I have not received the actual offer from the mortgage centre  after the mortgage was agreed on the 1st of June.

Who is experiencing this delay? I can’t rest until I get the offer .

Im in the same boat as you except we were told it was agreed on the 28th. Our broker did say that there is a delay with Santander issuing documents.
Please let us know when you do receive the offer.

Same here. We got approved on the 1st June too and still waiting.

Nightmare! I just heard back from underwriters... They’ve offered us £8000 less than we originally were expecting. Rang them up and they explained that due to my wife not being on the mortgage they cannot accept child benefits as it’s in both our names. We have to restart the application with us both now.

Hi all,
Just received the confirmation email that our mortgage offer has been issued. Waiting for the broker to ping it over. 
We had ours agreed last week on Friday the 28th. 
Shouldn't be long for those of you who have had yours agreed on the 1st.

Hello, can anyone advise please?   

When you supply further documents and the website states 1 day, does it then get passed back to an underwriter for another 5 days? 

Starting to lose my mind.... we applied 7th May!!!

@Emeralds22 Hi, I think we’re in a similar boat! I applied on May 6th. A few extra documents requested. The last one  was submitted on June 2nd. 

My broker said today that it went back to be checked on June 3rd before going to the underwriters so implies it doesn’t go straight back to them. So yet another week it seems
