Anyone still waiting for the mortgage offer to come through after being accepted? Accepted on the 1st it’s so annoying not sure if I should call them as applied direct.0

That's great news, I guess all your searches/enquiries etc have been done?apau77 said:

How long did people wait after being accepted for their offer to be issued we just had a text saying ours has been approved by the underwriters so was just wondering how long it’s takes after this step0

For those that are at post offer stage. I've been told by my solicitors that the last 2 searches will be back on the 14th. Chasing the estate agent to ensure we get these land registry documents so that we can move forward. That is holding me up as things stand.
Has anyone had to request docs from Land registry and know how long they take on average?0 -
Raging as I just spoke to Countrywide, re. valuation. My approved application was passed on to the mortgage center on 01.06, and the valuation has been instructed for 29/06! My solicitor had told me initially that he would be able to complete before the end of July, and now I am seeing the timelines bust due to having to wait 4 weeks for a valuation! Has anyone managed to push the valuation, and -if so- could you advise?0

My MB says that when it's taking that long your section can send a note to the MC to escalate stating thats its holding up the chain. That may be a plan. We only got approved today and we will be dispatching that note within a reasonable time.Kirkii27 said:
