Santander service levels have updated again but looks like no change

I’ve just had an email from MA saying that he has chased them, but they said that since it is a high value case, they are taking time. I think we are going into the next week now 😭😭😭

My ma rang on Tuesday and spoke to admin team to see if they thought there was anything else that may be asked for and she recommended we get 2 more small things, we got them immediately and she uploaded them. So they've been accepted and now in underwriter queue. Everytime you add something new in it goes into queue to be assessed then underwriter queue again. So hopefully we are one step ahead of underwriters now..... Fingers crossed

They’re now looking at applications that were sent over to the underwriters yesterday does this mean as mine was sent over yesterday that I could get an update today?

Possibly but mine was sent on the 7th and I still haven’t heard anything

We went through a broker, I emailed him but no reply yet
