Still waiting to hear from MA. I submitted my last document yesterday and he said if we did so, underwriters would sign off yesterday. Don’t want to make my MA feel that I’m hassling him. Although I feel I’ve already done so 😂😂😂. I’m going to cry if I don’t hear anything by the end of today lol.

Yes just text and they said there's a huge backlog with cases along with Easter holidays too. And we're still with underwriters......

The service levels have updated. Seems to be a delay with checking documents, they're still checking documents from the 6th. Underwriters working with cases from yesterday.

Can anyone enlighten me on the current waiting times with Santander. Submitted my application yesterday and wondering how long I am likely to wait. Today I have received an email with them asking if myself and my partners jobs have been effected by covid 19, is this a question they ask everyone ? Or does this mean they have started to deal with my application?

Residential time to offer is currently around 12 working days. If you google service levels for intermediaries it shows daily turn around times.

Deepened upon the complexity of your application. I’m already in my 6th week 😬😬😬. But mine is a very complex and high value application. Good luck mate. Their maximum quoted time is 6 weeks as per my MA.
