Anyone has any idea on BUY to let Mortgage with Santander?

our buyers has submitted their application on 1st April and we are still waiting on when the evaluation of our house is going to be?! Is it normal please?

We didn’t get a text message when we went to application. I suppose the only news we’ll get is from the MA.

No idea about BTL, but the timelines are similar. Given the 4 days holiday, I think you should be okay. A valuation should be ordered by the mid of next week at the latest I feel.

They may just do a desktop valuation.

Finally had an update! Our application has been passed to underwriters for review hopefully we should hear something soon!

i spoke to my mb yesterday,he said if he don’t hear he will chase them at 4 yesterday afternoon,I still haven’t heard anything, do u think I should email him or would I be bugging him lol
