MA has literally told me that if we submit the document ASAP, underwriter will sign it off today. Does this mean my offer will be out ? I’m getting so anxious now as the time draws close lol.Cookie211 said:
Lol that’s great news hopefully u will have an answer this week now if your mb gets it straight over to them, that would be great if he did work for them hahapeacetrustlove said:
I’ve maintained a good working relationship with my accountant and we are on very good terms. He sent it to me in 10 minutes. Now that’s a turnover. I wish he worked for Santander 😂😂😂. Applications would’ve been decided in hours than weeks lol.Cookie211 said:
Oh no,fingers crossed it’s done quickly and you can get it straight over to them and hopefully will be a offer then, just think tho it’s good news as they happy with everything else and only asked bout this so fingers crossed for upeacetrustlove said:Just had a phone call from MA. Santander wants my accountant to sign my income certificate rather than an electronic signature. They've had it for over a month and now they realise this 😩. Thankfully, I have an efficient accountant who has agreed to do this quickly.0 -
We’ve applied long ago it feels. DIP was 24th Feb. Application 5th March. We had a desktop valuation followed by an internal valuation. My case is complex. We are self employed and also have foreign income, multiple properties, outstanding PCP and to top it all, a high value mortgage. I wasn’t sure about it. But my wife, bless her, kept pushing me to give it my best shot. It’s all her effort in this if we get through. Our credit is very clean though. No missed payment our late payments in our entire history. Fingers crossed for us and for all.031192vy353 said:
