Just had a phone call from MA. Santander wants my accountant to sign my income certificate rather than an electronic signature. They've had it for over a month and now they realise this 😩. Thankfully, I have an efficient accountant who has agreed to do this quickly.
Oh no,fingers crossed it’s done quickly and you can get it straight over to them and hopefully will be a offer then, just think tho it’s good news as they happy with everything else and only asked bout this so fingers crossed for u
I’ve maintained a good working relationship with my accountant and we are on very good terms. He sent it to me in 10 minutes. Now that’s a turnover. I wish he worked for Santander 😂😂😂. Applications would’ve been decided in hours than weeks lol.
Lol that’s great news hopefully u will have an answer this week now if your mb gets it straight over to them, that would be great if he did work for them haha
MA has literally told me that if we submit the document ASAP, underwriter will sign it off today. Does this mean my offer will be out ? I’m getting so anxious now as the time draws close lol.
Yes it sounds as if they ready to offer YAY 😁 hopefully we both hear back today, my mb said if he haven’t heard by 4 he will chase them as it was only a question they asked, mb said they will issue u a mortgage offer then 🤞🤞🤞🤞
Fingers crossed mate. We’ve both been here on the forum for a while now lol.

Fingers crossed for you. Has your application been in long?
We’ve applied long ago it feels. DIP was 24th Feb. Application 5th March. We had a desktop valuation followed by an internal valuation. My case is complex. We are self employed and also have foreign income, multiple properties, outstanding PCP and to top it all, a high value mortgage. I wasn’t sure about it. But my wife, bless her, kept pushing me to give it my best shot. It’s all her effort in this if we get through. Our credit is very clean though. No missed payment our late payments in our entire history. Fingers crossed for us and for all.

My ma rang and got admin team who she said work closely with underwriters to ask if there was anything further in our case they thought might be needed or asked for. She advised one more request from my employer so I got that today and ma uploaded it to our file. Still nothing.
