Fingers crossed,we have had the estate agent on the phone again this morning,the vendor wants an update 😩 they rang my mb yesterday aswell just hope he won’t pull out as he’s getting fed up with us 🤯

My vendors are also getting impatient now 😭😭. Hoping for the best for all of us. None of us had any news for a while now. I’m sure the forum will be pouring with good news today.

We submitted our statement on the 1st also then been in underwriting queue from the 2nd.hopefully you're at the same stage then and we both get answers today that we want.

Yeah I've a feeling our vendors are getting impatient also though our application only went in on 17th March so it's only really been a couplel of weeks because of Easter etc

we’re having trouble with our buying side atm!

we were given the opportunity to view a house gone through probate that wasn’t on the market yet. We put an offer in and it was accepted a few hours later.  

That was 2 weeks ago and had no correspondence or memorandum of sale from our estate agents. The agent has been WhatsApp me every night telling me he will be doing it and nothing has been done. Starting to think we’re being taken for a ride with this house! It’s been put on the market for sale since and we’re confused. I’m going to be calling them at 12pm with some strong words I think!

my mb just rang me Santander have came bk with a question bout the finance on my sofa which is paid off, my mb said they ask questions like this but seems to think it’s all positive and should have a offer either this afternoon or tomorrow at the latest, don’t want to get to excited just yet

Nothing at all. Slowly losing my mind. Though we've been back and forward to underwriters already a few times so I'm hoping no news is good news as everytime we hear from them, they've more questions for us.

Same for us. Been back and forth many times now. We’ve even got our deposit waiting to go. Fingers crossed we hear something today. All of us.

Oh wow. This is amazing. When did your application go in. I feel like ours is dragging in. We lost a week with waiting for my march payslip that they wanted so hoping we're near the end and our questions are done 😩🤞. Positive news for you though which is great
