I’m still waiting on my payslips being sent to me by work which is taking forever! It’s only an email! But we haven’t had any correspondence regarding the valuation and our MB is very vague! It’s winding us up!It’s horrible when you have found your dream home and waiting on someone to say yes or no!
shall we lighten the mood....
we’re going for a semi detached 1960s house that requires a full renovation! We are so excited to get stuck in but it may take longer with us having a 1 and a 3 year old 🤣 what houses are you all buying?0 -

oh the house you are going for sounds lovely,
we went for a semi detached as I love the area where it is as there’s a park that’s just behind the house and my kids would love that, we a family of 7 so needed the house to be a certain way and this house is perfect for us, fingers crossed we hear something0 -

We are so excited to get stuck in but it may take longer with us having a 1 and a 3 year old 🤣 what houses are you all buying? We are in our 40s and without sounding boasting, we are buying a massive 5 bedroom detached new built house which has been erected in a nice locality of a relatively posh area. The open plan kitchen diner is 30’x24’ with 3 large folding patio doors that open up to the back garden and side patio. The kitchen sold the house to us I think. Not a massive garden, but I’m rubbish at it anyway. They’ve also converted the huge lift into a bedroom which we will be using as our cinema rooms. With split family, our girls only stay with us part time. So it’s just me, the missus and our dog most of the time. We have a massive social circle. The house would be good to host parties once this virus situation is dealt with. I’ll be turning one room into a meditation room as I meditate daily for 2 hours.0 -
