Oh wow. This is amazing. When did your application go in. I feel like ours is dragging in. We lost a week with waiting for my march payslip that they wanted so hoping we're near the end and our questions are done 😩🤞. Positive news for you though which is greatCookie211 said:my mb just rang me Santander have came bk with a question bout the finance on my sofa which is paid off, my mb said they ask questions like this but seems to think it’s all positive and should have a offer either this afternoon or tomorrow at the latest, don’t want to get to excited just yet0 -
Just had a phone call from MA. Santander wants my accountant to sign my income certificate rather than an electronic signature. They've had it for over a month and now they realise this 😩. Thankfully, I have an efficient accountant who has agreed to do this quickly.0

I’ve maintained a good working relationship with my accountant and we are on very good terms. He sent it to me in 10 minutes. Now that’s a turnover. I wish he worked for Santander 😂😂😂. Applications would’ve been decided in hours than weeks lol.Cookie211 said:

MA has literally told me that if we submit the document ASAP, underwriter will sign it off today. Does this mean my offer will be out ? I’m getting so anxious now as the time draws close lol.Cookie211 said:

I've sent my mortgage advisor a message to try and get some sort of update. Because last Wednesday they only asked a question regarding my partners furlough and my ma responded immediately and we've heard nothing since apart from being back in queue Friday 😭🤞0
