    15/03 dip approved 103,600
    17/03 Santander received full application
    18/03 Documents requested
    18/03 Valuation instructed for 23/03
    22/03 underwriters
    22/03 more documents requested
    23/03 Valuation completed

This is my timeline so far. Waiting on one more document which I will have by Monday to send them and hoping that's all. Has anyone had the underwriters come back more than once? Me and my partner applying for first mortgage 90% and application went to underwriters and they sent back 4 or 5 requests for me and only 2 for my partner. Could they request more? So nervous!!!
It’s depends if you both employed or self employed, they may ask as much as they can until they satisfy.

We are both employed full time although he is on furlough. They are seem to be asking more from me but just wondering because our last request was for 6 or 7 documents do you think they'd ask for more. Our valuation was completed yesterday, just waiting on our approval

Maybe they ask for furlough situation, if company will take him back after furlough?
They may ask letter from employer that after furlough he will resume his work as usual.
  • Our valuation was done yesterday. Waiting anxiously now. No text or email yet. No word from the MA.

Our Valuation was done yesterday too, ma said it could take a couple of days to be processed as it hadn't shown on her screen yet when she checked the progress. Have you been given your mortgage offer yet?

We only submitted our full application last Wednesday 17th so technically only been 7 days so it's been quite quick so far. Ma has been brilliant. Just nervous at underwriting stage with what more they're going to ask for. Hopefully we hear more tomorrow re valuation.

This is not my first mortgage, yet I’m nervous lol. They won’t order a valuation unless they think they can lend you the money. You’ll be alright mate. Good luck
