Thank you very much for the relies. My valuation was done on 20th, was told by broker was with underwriter before 20th, not sure which date though, no news so far.0

Only applied on Friday last week and got the call today! Did not expect it to happen that quick tbh. I am going through a MB, not sure if that makes a difference at all.0

Valuation carried out today and got a message to say the offer has been sent to solicitors and the application is now fully approved.
Extremely impressed with santander and how quickly the have processed the application.
