Santander mortgage timeline

Thank you very much for the relies. My valuation was done on 20th, was told by broker was with underwriter before 20th, not sure which date though, no news so far.

I had a call this morning to say my Valuation has been completed and waiting for the UW now

What has been your timescale from application?

Only applied on Friday last week and got the call today! Did not expect it to happen that quick tbh. I am going through a MB, not sure if that makes a difference at all.

Is it a mobile number that called you or 0800 had a missed call today earlier and wondering if it was them.

Valuation carried out today and got a message to say the offer has been sent to solicitors and the application is now fully approved. 
Extremely impressed with santander and how quickly the have processed the application.

Hi everyone how long does it usually take to get the offer paperwork in the post? We have been waiting since Friday.

Hi MK31: It should be there in a day or so. Chase your solicitor as well whether they have received it or not
