I had some queries come back from the underwriter, all was resolved last Thursday. From DIP to underwriting it was swift but now waiting, stressed and anxious about the outcome.0

From DIP to underwriting it was swift but now waiting, stressed and anxious about the outcome. It’s strange that they don’t seem to do it in a set order for applicants? Everyone’s timeline is totally different. I hope you get an outcome soon and I hope I know by the weekend so I can try to relax a bit.1

update
Valuation has been instructed for the 5th time and for some reason they were phoning purple bricks estate agents to gain access to do the valuation when it's a private sale and asking Santander for more details. In order to speed things up I ended up getting the seller to call the surveyors directly to book the appointment which has been booked for Wednesday so hopefully offer will be out Friday.
I think if It had been sold through an estate agent then things would have been easier.
