    Hi @samster1 our was instructed on 12th of Feb and we got the mortgage offer on 17th of feb. I am employed. so not sure whether this makes any difference or not.

    My application has been accepted same day?! At 90ltv. Is there anyway they could take my offer away from me? And that this is all a hoax?

    if it is straight forward case the application do get accepted and they instruct the valuation. Once the valuation is back it can still go to under writer for final approval before issuing a mortgage offer.

    They did a desktop valuation too. And approved it.

    I went direct so no idea. But you might have received a text message as i have seen that in the forum
